are these easy to swallow?

Yes they are. Just be sure to take them with a big glass of water. Not so much because they're hard to swallow, but because they can cause heartburn if you don't take them with enough water.

How big are these? I'm curious to know how easy they are to swallow.

About ¾" in length and about ⅛" in diameter. Been taking for nearly 3 weeks and haven't had any problem swallowing them.

Is this USP approved?

No, it is not USP verified. USP does not approve, they verify that you are getting what the bottle says you are getting, at the dose it states and without harmful contamination. Inflammation Solver - Finally Relief From Inflammation!

I have struggled with headaches and facial/jaw pain and what could also be called Occipital Neuralgia. I’ve been experiencing this type of pain for a couple years now and inflammation which just gets worse everyday. I’ve taken Ibuprofen and Tramadol which only help for one day but then the pain is back the next day. I’ve taken Nortriptylin for pain which does work but the side effects of gaining weight and filling bloated I didn’t like so I abruptly stopped.
