This hoops were durable and very easy to use. Very bright and colorful for the kids to be seeen easy. Very fun for activities. My training group loves the colors and flexibility.

I teach a karate class and we use it for exercises. It is very helpful in class. I defined got my money's worth out of this.

Great training aid for any sport. I use them for my U8 soccer team. There are many many ways you can use these training rings and I have found countless guides online for some traditional and creative ways to use these for speed and agility training. Very sturdy and I have not had any of them break yet. I used a Velcro strip to strap them all together and throw them in my coaches bag.

I bought these rings to use in my classroom for teaching math and blending words. I place them on the floor and my students jump into them for each activity, or they can place items within the rings. The rings have worked great in this regard!

these are more than your regular gym rings. they are made very study. Not only it is cheaper than most rings but they are almost unbreakable. It was shipped with 2 25lb free weights and Amazon did a very bad job on the packaging. the box arrived completely destroyed, UPS had put tape all over it. Well despite they brutal transportation they arrived intact so I would say they are very very sturdy!

A great complement to for tape on the floor, cones, agility ladders, and the webby agility trainer. Only limited by your creativity to develop useful drills for fighters to work on foot speed, agility and spatial footwork movement at varying ranges.

These were used for video dance challenges. Had so much fun, needed to buy more. 12 wasn’t enough. These are a great starting tool.

These rings are fine, I use them with my soccer team for agility training. They are a little bit on the small size (I work with u12 girls) and they did break when stepped on.
