PERFECT for kids and even better that it's no battery! I got this as a gift and my niece LOVES it! She loves to sing for me on facetime! Works perfectly and such a good price.

I am a speech language pathologist and I recommend this product often to my families. I like a microphone that does not have a battery. It has a little bit of an echo to it which gives feedback. It helps kids imitate sounds and explore with their own. It's also pretty sturdy.

This has been a fun toy for my one year old. My older boy who is now 4 even likes to talk or sing in it once in a while. I guess a fun toy for all ages. I wouldn’t say it works great as a microphone because it doesn’t come out clear sounding but either way the kids love it and have a lot of fun with it. That is a win in the parenting book!

Scared my job verbally 19 month old and literally no interest

Adorable! My toddler loves this and we love watching her sing. Very quality product. Sturdy and well made. You’ll have this for many years and could probably pass it down.

Bought a cheap echo mic for my kids (1 and 3) to try since I remember having fun with one as a kid. It fell apart quickly cause my kids torture test everything, but they loved the concept, so I spent a bit more and got this one since Hape is a brand I have had great experience with and this toy is no exception. It is much more durable than our last one (stands up to being dropped on hard flooring) and makes a great, loud echo for the user but not much excess noise for the rest of the "audience". It's adorable to watch my kids sing along to their favorite songs and pretend to be rock stars! No batteries needed and no small parts that can be detached. Would be great if it came in other colors.

Over a month in, and this microphone is holding strong! My toddler is very rough of everything, but also loves music and turns everything into a pretend microphone. I love that this is an echo chamber and doesn’t need batteries, recharging or have anything electric on it. It’s made of wood and plastic, so it can withstand any drop or roll. It’s also easy to clean and disinfect because the mouthpiece is plastic. It’s so fun to watch them discover their voice and echo just by singing/talking into it. It’s so simple and easy for kids as young as 1 to use. I would and will reorder if this ever wears out, but that will be a long time from now! If you have a kid that loves music or if you just want a microphone like you had in the 90s, buy this, it’s so worth it!

Un peu déçue je m’attendais à mieux

Child really enjoys it and keeps them busy for while. The spring distorts/echoes the voice so entertainment is when they make a noise near it.
