Very poor print quality

Is this really a 4th edition reprint? Few pages are very faded and it looks like the reprint of photocopies rather than a 4th edition. The 20 photos ... are all black and white and looks again like the reprint of old photocopies - not very legible. Very poor quality overall and this book has sadly been returned.
