Was reading this somewhere on these honey twigs being a great replacement for energy gels for long distance runs and endurance. Bought my first box and tried and shared it on a few occasions on some runs and extended fitness camps. Must say these are excellent. Yes some missing bits like salts but if you want a good source of energy and for sure easy on the gut. This is it 100%

Really liked the compact packaging and the convenience to carry along with your travel. Use and throw individual packets are just the right solution for my daily honey needs. Though not really environment friendly, however I like the fact that to neutralise the impact they work with waste management organisation to do their bit. Kudos !! Taste is really good and apt sweet as compared to some other honey brands. No adulteration gets it a double thumbs up from me!!

I have tasted so many different types of honey while trekking in many hilly areas. And i know exactly how pure honey tastes like. I would rate this honey about 5 out of 10 . Not so happy to have it.

I'd like to rate these 4.5 but cannot do that. This is slightly different and more nuanced flavor than just honey sweetness. If you like these different flavors, do try it. Be aware that these are individual sticks. Convenient in some ways and less wasteage due to ants getting in etc. but not that great for the environment. Good complex flavor.
