Oh My GOD!! The Best product ever. I am totally loving the smooth walking, jogging and running exp just like the professional Treadmills at the gyms. Not noisy at all and does not disturb the down stair neighbours.

We have been using this from a month As a product, this is great. It is easy to install. The performance, it is very sturdy and is reliable and has a lots of features. No issues as of now We are happy with the product Definitely is a value for money. But today while cleaning, I noticed that the belt wooden board has been reused. I can see screw/bolt marks. Either these are because the wood was reused or the assembly was not done properly. Sharing the photos for reference. Give 4 stars because of this aspect only. Would have appreciated and given 4 ratings if the wooden board was completely new.

I am very much satisfied with the product, I do not have to comment anything on the product Fitkit by Cilt FT200M. I am also very much disheartened in finding out the product which was decoratively mentioned in the product description by saying that Fitkit by Cult FT200M BLDC 6.5 HP peak, Maximum weight 150 kg. However, it was not the same. The product was sent to me was not of 150 kg but of 110 kg. it could be one of the reasons that the seller of the product did not deem it fit to mention everything in detail correctly and accurately. Otherwise the product was stupendously fentabolous so as to be considered truthfully. Regards .

It has been a very frustrating experience dealing with both the brand and Amazon. The product delivered was defective, and when I tried reaching the Cult brand, their customer care numbers were out of service. I then approached Amazon for a return, but they were unable to arrange support for dismantling and repacking the machine—even though an installation service had been charged. The technician who handled the installation also refused to help with dismantling. Eventually, I had to pay out of my own pocket to get it done. The return process has been equally disappointing—pickup agents repeatedly mark “customer not available” without visiting or even calling, while I’ve been waiting at home for days. Getting support from the brand has been extremely slow. After multiple emails, they respond with long delays (around 48 hours per reply), taking nearly a week just to understand the issue. In the end, they simply asked me to return the product instead of offering a fix. After 10 days of purchase, I’m still struggling to complete the return. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise thinking twice before purchasing such products online—especially when post-sales support is this unreliable.

Working fine even after using it for nearly a year. The build quality is also nice and also it doesn't produce much noise and does the job for what it is intended. Also the packing was very sturdy and installation was very easy . So overall. You can go for this one. Just 1 thing that i didn't like was the max weight limit. It is 110 kg at max . So , keep that in mind before purchasing.

Before you read complete review lets accept that Treadmills what are for and all bells and whistles around it are just fancy items. The same stand true for this one too, works good for cardio exercises and building stamina. The basic function which we need are the Treadmill track and Inclination, speed and capacity was good as per my needs. few disappointments are always there but some are important to notice especially if you plan to invest in expensive model. However few things points to highlight which might help you save some money and still use the best. 1) Heart rate monitor - This is too slow to respond, something that is very very disappointing. The heart rate monitor reading increases at rate of 2 points in one second, so the moment you put both hands on sensors in middle of programs where your heart rate might be above 150 it would take 2 minutes to show that reading. Practically useless and disappointing feature. Wish company does something to improve this as this is much needed feature for those with heart conditions to ensure they are required to maintain a set heart rate. 2) Music speaker - Useless and annoying, sound is not great, creates crackling sound when switched on, better to play music from your mobile directly rather than connection. Better would be to add a cheap Chinese music system that play USB or SD cards directly with bluetooth head phone support rather connecting a phone 3) Massager - is good to have but don't think anyone is going to use it more than twice or thrice. Needs additional space in front part of machine to use it. If you have space constraints better save few hundred rupees. 4) Fan: Totally useless, you need to put hand very near the fan to see if there is anything happening like checking breath of person to check if he is dead or alive. If you don't have AC in the room, use your ceiling fan or better buy additional standing fan. 5) Dumbel and crunches: Dumbels are good pair of 1 kg. But for crunches its good only if you are focusing on improving abs. Requires additional space in front of the machine, so do check that. 4) Support: Had some problem with support. There was delay to get response from company, to send person to assemble the machine. I hope we don't get same experience in future, just in case the machine requires repair. 5) Inclination: I felt the inclination is not really up to mark compared to other machines I used in past, but for now it's ok for me. 6) Preset Programs: 9 programs are there which are good, but lacks customization in terms of speed and duration. Gives a feeling of out-dated technology. It is important for people with heart conditions. 7) Lubrication button on planel: Not sure what it does, the service engineers told to manually apply silicon lubricant under the belt and said the button works only is higher model (;-( ) Over all its a good machine, but being a USA brand I was expecting more advanced features and better built. Its finish is similar to any other machine we have in market, had seen some local brands having better finish around same price. If you are tech savvy person, there are local manufacturers having treadmills in similar price range giving complete android OS with 7 in display, which allows recording your sessions, custom programs and install any android app. I would suggest buying same model without massager is better option if you have space limitation. Its good machine as long as you understand the purpose of using it. Do buy a plastic sheet to cover it as it can gather dust and looks might be discouraging if you don’t clean it. Would be good if company includes one in the package.
