Edit: 03/05/2024: It was pst Amazon's return time, so I left a bad review. Contec contacted me (apparenlty from China) quickly. I wasn't expecting much, but I received excellent service with reasonable questions and frequent updates regarding the replacement process. I asked for a return shippng label, and they complied quickly. All good now. Thank you. I updated my 3-star to 5-star. We all make mistakes. It's how we handle them that reflects our character. Initial review: I bought 2 of these at the same time. One works well, but the other now pumps VERY hard adn the delivers a VERY LOW BP. I would like this replaced, but that option is not avaialble on Amazon. Also, I need a LARGER cuff (XLarge). I use this in my office, and many people are too large for the large cuff.

I am an adult who is 5’5, 105 lbs. This comes with 2 cuffs. The pediatric size cuff works great. It stores readings and can be used for more than one person. Very easy directions.

This is the WORST BP Machine I have ever used. Not only does it give LOW readings the adult cuff does not fit 80% of my average sized adults. Save your money and shop elsewhere

Works good but didn’t have the DC 6 V plug. Unable to contact company. States my name is invalid. Lol.

Easy to use and accurate. I had returned other cuffs in the past due to poor accuracy, this one has been great. It also stores the readings in its memory in case you need to go back and look.

They include an infant, child and an adult cuff. Very easy to setup and use. I found the measurements are consistent to the BP sphygmometer my doctor uses at the office. I had an issue with a previous unit and they kindly and quickly replaced it. I would definitely recommend this product to others. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
