WORKPRO 4-Piece Stainless Steel Putty Knife Set

Wow. These are way better than I expected. Great handles... really sturdy putty knives, sharp edges. I plan to use the largest to scrape some peeling paint off a deck surface. I tried it... works really well. Gonna take a bit of elbow grease (just because the deck is large) but I am determined to do it before pressure washing. New deck next year. In the mean time, this is an awesome investment in my opinion if you're in the market for some really quality putty knives. Having said that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

My wife is changing the paint scheme in our house and I purchased these putty knives to repair minor dents and dings in the walls. The multiple size of the knives allows me to repair just about any issue I find. The largest knife I used to paint the wall next to the baseboard reducing the cleanup. The edge of the putty knives are flat and sharp. The grips are comfortable in your hands and do not slip. I even used one of the knives to pry the some baseboard off the wall to replace with new boards. I have purchased several of the WorkPro brand tools and I have yet to be dissatisfied with any of the tools.

I've had these for about a week and the 6" knife is starting to show signs of deterioration. The blade is coming loose from the handle, otherwise this is a great set of putty knives and you can't beat the price.

these are well made and I expect to get many years of good use from them. Workpro tools are a step above most others.

After many varying purchases, I've found that Workpro tools are equivalent or better in strength, durability, fit and finish to other house brands like Ace Hardware, Kobalt, Husky, and Craftsman, but at a lower price point. I especially like their soft handles and their double dipped handles. They feel good in the hand like an Estwing, Irwin Vice Grip or DeWalt. Much better than Performance Tool, Stanley, Wal-Mart or Harbor Freight Pittsburgh, but not as precise or long lasting as pro tradesman brands like Knipex, Klein, Milwaukee, Crescent Nicholson, or Channellock. This example is no different. I will continue to replace my old, dull, uncomfortable hand tools with Workpro.

Bought a set of these 2 years ago. Just re-ordered because I've misplaced 2 of them. Next to a hammer, these are the most versatile tool I have for my remodel project. I don't know what they're made of, but they're quite stiff, don't rust, stay shiny and are very easy to clean. I love the non-slip hard-rubber-like grips too. I've abused mine by scraping old paint and epoxy of a concrete floor, dropping them on the corner of the blade, etc....and they're still straight with smooth edge. My Go To tool for all plaster, paint and tile work.

I'm getting a lot of use from these sturdy putty knives for painting on large canvas. They handle very well. I thought they might be a tad sharp and nick the surface when making long straight and smooth lines but I was pleasantly surprised and glad I took a chance on this purchase. If you're working with a very large canvas and need putty knives, I recommend this set.

Das WORKPRO-Spachtelset habe ich mir für die Arbeiten im Haus zugelegt. Es gibt genug Wände, Ecken und Übergänge, die sauber werden sollen, und ein einzelner Spachtel reicht dafür nie. Mit den verschiedenen Breiten im Set habe ich für fast jede Stelle das passende Werkzeug in der Hand. Das Blatt aus rostfreiem Edelstahl liegt gerade auf der Fläche, und die Kanten sind sauber, sodass sich Spachtelmasse ohne Rillen abziehen lässt. Mit dem schmalen Spachtel komme ich in Ecken und an Kanten, mit den breiten ziehe ich größere Flächen glatt. Auch zum Abkratzen von alten Farbresten und Tapetenresten taugt das Set. Der Kunststoffgriff liegt gut in der Hand und rutscht nicht weg, auch nicht, wenn man längere Zeit am Stück arbeitet. Mir ist wichtig, dass das Werkzeug nach der Arbeit einfach abgewischt oder abgespült werden kann. Bei mir sitzt der Griff fest und wackelt nicht, auch nicht bei etwas mehr Druck. Nach ein paar Wochen Einsatz sieht alles noch aus wie neu, Rost ist keiner zu sehen. Wie es nach einem Jahr aussieht, kann ich natürlich noch nicht sagen. Für den Preis ist das Set aber eine klare Empfehlung, besonders wenn man mehrere Größen braucht und nicht einzeln kaufen will. Fazit: Knallerprodukt, wie man so schön sagt. Fünf Sterne.

Le spatole sono ben descritte nella pagina, quindi mi limiterò alle mie impressioni: PRO: -Le spatole vendute come acciaio inossidabile,sono davvero in acciaio inox, strano per questo prezzo e così tanti pezzi, ma vero, acciaio inox 100% (nessun segno di ruggine dopo un mese di utilizzo continuo, e non sempre lavate e asciugate a fine lavoro, per mancanza di tempo). E questo PRO vale già il prezzo. - sono ergonomiche, il manico in gomma ne troppo dura e ne troppo morbida garantiscono ottima presa. Promosse. -sono flessibili il giusto. Ci si lavora molto bene, oso dire al pari di quelle professionali. CONTRO: - il packaging, ovvero una busta di plastica spartana ammassate tutte li dentro e una pellicola quasi invisibile di plastica per proteggere le spatole. Dovevano put risparmiare qualcosa per offrire 5 spatole in acciaio inox a questo prezzo. Promosse a pieni voti, utilissima tra l’altro la spatola per raschiare la vecchia vernice dai muri, un plus, non cercate altro, queste sono ottime e vi soddisferanno!
