Really surprised!
I'm giving this pc 5 stars right now for quite a few reasons and going by my experience so far. It seems this company has a semi "bad rap", but what we got was pretty awesome for the money. Let's start with the GC, it came with a 2060 S, although it is a dated graphics card it is can handle most games seamlessly at 60fps. Next the i7 processor although there could have been a better processor in it, so far it hasn't slowed ANYTHING down, and that can easily be upgraded later on if need be. This machine came with 32 gigs of ram! It's crazy fast and responsive! I tried and tried to build something comparable and honestly couldn't come close for the money. Visually, it's a really cool looking unit with lots of leds and functional fans. Also, the soundbar it came with is actually pretty cool. The peripherals work ok, but once again, those things can all be upgraded very easily and imo were just bonuses anyway. The tower alone holds its value plus some. If you are looking for a good solid entry level gaming pc on a budget. This thing sort of kicks a#$! (Follow-up review) We have had the PC for just over a month and it's working great. We did have a small issue with the WiFi card, where it would drop connection. That is a tiny issue and very cheap to upgrade. I ended up just running a new CAT6 ethernet line. The computer is lightning fast and fast better than what I was expecting at this price point.

“LOOKED COOL, BUT CRASHED, OVERHEATED & DIED — DO NOT BUY”
I really wanted to love this PC — specs looked great on paper, the RGB lights gave me hope, and I was excited to finally dive into some gaming. Instead, I ended up with a nightmare in a case. Here's everything that went wrong: 🔹 Overheating from Day One Straight out the box, the CPU was running at 120–125°F (over 50°C) with nothing running. Playing even a light game like League of Legends would cause the system to crash like someone yanked the plug. I monitored temps and confirmed it was overheating while idle. Not okay. 🔹 Faulty Hardware The speakers didn’t work, and when I pressed the mouse buttons that came with it, they sank inside the shell and got stuck. Feels like the cheapest peripherals they could find were bundled in to look impressive. 🔹 Hard Shutoffs This wasn’t a blue screen or a software issue — it was a full system shutdown whenever any graphics load hit. It did the same thing at the exact spot multiple times. That’s either a power supply failure, GPU issue, or both. 🔹 Returned Immediately I contacted Amazon support and they confirmed the product was defective. The company had no more units in stock, so they could only offer a full refund. At least Amazon handled that part well. --- ⚠️ Final Verdict: This PC might look cool with all the RGB, but underneath it’s a hot, unstable mess with subpar parts. If you're serious about gaming or even just want a PC that stays on, skip this one. 💡 Tip: Monitor temps with HWMonitor and stress test with OCCT. If you see high temps on idle or hard crashes during basic use — return it immediately. Don't risk your data or safety.

BEST BUDGET/GAMING PC?!
This gaming PC was worth the money and the RGB Lights are very bright and does come with a remote if you love a favorite! Very reliable and easy to multitask as well while gaming or just doing online work/school stuff and I like that it comes with a lot of storage because I can save all my favorite pictures and stuff! If you ask me it’s very smooth running and on streaming or gaming I would get 200+fps so I think it was perfect for my first PC! If ur looking for something reliable and smooth I recommend this one for any gamer or work ppl!!!

Don’t be scared to buy this PC
The pc is so good and very pretty as well! You can change the fan speeds and gaming is very much do-able. It stays connected to wifi and has its own antenna. It’s user friendly and with the perfect budget option However, the shipping was delayed many times and the mouse and keyboard RGB doesn’t change colors, but the fan led’s do. It can handle most games, but some games It may get laggy. But it runs Sims4, Roblox pretty well.

Reliable pre-built that can play most games at a decent quality (with a few caveats)
I bought this PC last year as I didn't have time to build my own between work and college. I mainly just wanted to play Baldurs Gate 3 asap, and this did the job. It has been surprisingly reliable beyween gaming and homework, and I can't say that I've really had any issues with it so far. I do want to point out though – the parts (cpu, gpu, ram) are definitely not even close to the latest models. It has DDR3 RAM which surprised me to find out, when DDR4 has been the standard for some time and DDR5 is becoming more popular. I also upgraded to a Samsung NVMe M.2 2TB SSD which helped also, since it only included a 512GB SATA SSD I believe. The 1660 ti is a good GPU, even though it's been out for quite awhile. I've found it can handle just about any game I've tried so far on at least medium to high settings normally (auto detect settings on bg3 even puts it at ultra). Also, it doesn't include integrated wifi, so you'll need to buy a USB wifi dongle if you're not connecting it directly by ethernet cable. I believe someone recommended one in another comment (which I did purchase for about $20 and have had no issues). Ultimately, if you're looking for a relatively low cost PC that will (mostly) be ready out of the box then I do recommend this PC based on its reliability, ease of setup and absence of issues thus far. However, is this the best prebuilt setup available for the price? Probably not. For better value, I'd recommend searching Microcenter or Newegg's deals (especially refurbished). If I remember correctly, I did receive this PC pretty fast after ordering with Prime. If you're in a hurry I suppose that could be justification enough. It mostly comes down to whether you're prioritizing overall value or convenience. I'm in the process of putting together my own AMD build now, but I have to say this PC has served its purpose quite well over the last year.

Terrible, Do NOT buy
If I could leave this less than one star I would. This computer has been nothing but a headache. At first it didn't read any of my drives so I had to fix that myself after several days of trial and effort. Then once I finally got the machine to do that the audio didn't work half the time (I knew it wasn't my speakers as they worked beforehand). After finally getting everything I needed set up on it only a couple hours into properly using it the screen randomly changed resolution before promptly shutting the screen off entirely. The black screen of death completely killed the machine as now I can't fix that problem, even taking the GPU out did not make it switch to an integrated graphics, so no matter what I do, how ever many restarts I do I cannot get video out of it. For all I know it's completely fried itself. TL:DR I spent 700 USD on this, and I got a computer that was missing screws, had screws loose, couldn't read GPT formatted disks, the audio didn't work half the time and the display doesn't display. Which I know isn't a monitor issue.

I love this computer.
This computer was a steal for the price and the specs. I am just a casual gamer, I play Elder Scrolls Online and Neverwinter Online. This computer makes them look great, with the highest limits. It's also really beautiful. I had some questions and the seller answered very quickly. I was not contacted to leave a review or anything like that, I bought the computer and I love it. It's really fast and the only drawback was that I can't upgrade to Windows 11 since some of the hardware is not compatible, yet! I hope that will change but if it doesn't it still is a great computer for the price! Oh, I want to add that the wifi and the Bluetooth are not cards that are installed but USB plugins. For me, that's no big deal because I use my internet directly plugged in and I don't use Bluetooth for anything. It might be useful for other people to know.
