Comes with all fitting parts but you need to purchase valves separately. Very easy to fit, value for money, pretty, well constructed and a quarter of the price of one from Wickes. Hold it on the wall level, mark centre between rails and use level to make sure your holes are correctly drilled. Screw on the tubes to the rad and put your grub screws into the wall tubes before pushing the rad onto them. Tighten the screws and you are done. Looks like a rad costing £300. Fantastic job, stand back and admire your work.
