Is the input voltage of the Charger 110-240V or only 110V?

The Panasonic Ni-MH Charger (Model No: BQ-CC17) has an input voltage range of 100 - 240V ac, 50 - 60 Hz. However, the unit has built-in pins for connection to a 110V US outlet (2 straight pins, no earth ground), so would require an adapter for use with different pin configurations.

Yes these are NiMH Batteries (nickel-metal hydride battery). They are not restricted like a Lion (Lithium-ion battery)

How do you keep the eneloop pro aaa batteries in the charger, so they charge? they don't make and keep the + - connection unless i add pressure.

On the Eneloop charger, the bottom row of battery contacts are flexible. You are meant to push enough on the battery so that it tilts into place and stays firmly. I’ll explain: Unplug the charger, fold its plug closed, and lay the charger flat on a table. Lay your AAA battery in a slot. The - end goes at the bottom, + goes at the top. Press down on the negative (-) end of the battery with pressure until it sort of clicks into place. You will have pushed that end down a few millimeters. The battery will stay in place at a slight angle. Old flashlights and radios and things used a coiled spring at one end, but this charger not only uses flexible metal, but it also has the AAA battery sit askew.
