Healthy snails
12 pack order, received 13. All arrived alive and active. Well packaged, a good variety of snails Very happy with my purchase.

You'd be crazy if you didn't order from this company.
The snails got here sooner than expected, and they were awesome. I did a drip acclamation for1 hour and all shrimp survived. As soon as I put them in the tank, they went to work. Don't be an idiot and go to a fish store and pay a lot of money.

Not much variety
I actually received 13 snails, so no complaints about the number. The reason for my 2 stars is that there really was no variety at all. The description says: "Twelve pack of nerite species snails; tiger, zebra, horned, and spiral." I received 11 zebra (one dead) and 2 spirals. Both of the spirals and 3 of the zebras were also definitely old, based on size. I've ordered from this company before and had better results, so I hope this was a one-time mistake.

I received healthy snails, a variety of sizes, and variety of types of nerites. Great addition to my tank--love watching them go to work.

Not as advertised
All came alive and delivered on time. Highly disappointed in the lack of variety. If I wanted mostly 1 kind, I would have ordered 1 kind instead of a mix pack

Good Buy
Mostly Alive, had a couple DOA's but I know at least 7 of the 10 snails are doing very well and seem quite healthy. They were a variety of sizes and colors so definitely true to the description!

Great experience
Great experience... Received my order on Feb 3 and 4 of my little friends in the batch didn't make and were DOA.... That happens, but the customer service was amazing!!!! I placed another order this week for 2 batches.... I'm in the process of slowly building out my snail population and this should do it. I definitely would recommend these folks...
