Yes seeds are there duly ground

Why is the price of this product at 360 rs. when the mrp on the package itself is 295?

They are cheating. One of the worst products. Will never buy again. Very sweet and very thick - it seems to be a local product claiming to be imported.

Do we need to Refrigerate??

Yes its better if you do unless one finishes the content within a few days!!!!
