It’s nothing extraordinary. But being a person who likes to try alternatives to medicines this was a good try . You can keep a few in your purse if your knee hurts after a long walk etc

Average product.
Not at all a great product. When you try to apply it on the waist, it invariably folds & rolls itself to stick. Many a ti.e you need to discard a patch. I ordered 4-5 times, but I won't order it any further.

Ideal for pain relief
Using it for a few years for my back and neck pain. Find it very effective. Effect lasts for almost 24 hours. Much better than pain relief sprays.

It is too pricey for what it is. Very less medicinal effect compared to regular balm. You'll sweat where you apply it and then it will come off by itself. The place where you want to apply needs to be waxed clean. No hair. Else it is very uncomfortable. More suited for the ladies I guess..!!
