Very useful- Mist buy
This is a must buy for the ones who specially sit for long working hours. This is has been very handy to use even at work. It is hard and many might not feel comfortable using it while you put more pressure / a tennis ball can also would come in handy for those.

Read features before buying
It’s decent quality. But it’s not the usual soft spongy excercise ball u can squeeze with your fingers and excercise. It’s pretty hard. It’s for specific physio therapies I guess. It says so on the box though.

Good Product for deep fascia release
Pros: The product is a very good aid for fitness experts, yoga teachers, and sports people. For rehabilitation, we need something that is hard yet soft to feel. This is a good buy and the price too is good. Cons: The size is a little too small for some areas of the body.

It's too hard
It is impossible to use as it is too hard. Even if good quality, it is of no use. I have kept it, however, thinking it might be useful for my grandkid to play with it. For exercise, it is of no use. It's just a hard hard plastic ball, useless.

It's the perfect hardness for trigger point release
This is the perfect ball for trigger point release. The hardness is good, the slightly rough texture doesn't hurt the skin but helps with gripping the skin so it doesn't slip while moving the trigger point. Very good, cost-effective product for those with myofascial pain.

Costly product!!
This product is too costly. I could have bought a hard tennis ball rather. This product is small when compared to tennis ball. But it purely relief my upper back sore and stiffness. My suggestion is to go for a hard tennis ball

Awesome!
First time I picked up a massage ball, now I'm wondering why I didn't buy it earlier. Super sturdy and really heavy - was a bit surprised with the weight. I used to use a tennis ball earlier and this is at least 3x the weight of a tennis ball (though approx the same size)

Hard ball
I thought it will not be that hard but it is quite hard. Yet it really massages the tissues well. I purchased it to massage my shoulder blades as i have knots issue and this really helped.
