Very gud my husband loose 5 kg less then a month with regular walk/running and not so strict diet

I had reduced 8kgs vthot my diet

I started with 1 pill, then 2, then 3 but when i take 3 i get bad cramps and also it Doesn’t work at all, doesn't curb my hunger at all, in fact i seem to be eating more when i take this! What a waste of money. If anyone wants to try, give me your add so i can ship the leftovers. Such a big big big waste of time & money!!

Not effective. It doesn’t give feeling of fullness and doesn’t control hunger I workout and I didn’t see a diff in my appetite even after eating this. I wanted to cut my calorie intake by 10% but this didn’t help

I read alote of feedback about this product and I was so excited about it and when I try it's really work first make me feel full all the time and close my Appetite, I am not feeling hungry all the time and help me to not smoke too much during the day I am using this product 3 days back and I will check my weight end of the week👍

Gives you a feeling of fullness and seems effective and easy to swallow but must drink a lot of water so it won't get stuck and this is also on the bottle too.

Works great. I’ve lost 30lbs taking this and psyllium husk at a ratio of 2:4 instead of eating. I use this ratio as these pills tend to stop me up and the psyllium husk loosen me up. I recommended the same diet to another work associate that has lost 157lbs supplementing meals with this. Do not recommend taking with a meal as this stretches your stomach and makes you eat more.
