Wastage of money
I started with 1 pill, then 2, then 3 but when i take 3 i get bad cramps and also it Doesn’t work at all, doesn't curb my hunger at all, in fact i seem to be eating more when i take this! What a waste of money. If anyone wants to try, give me your add so i can ship the leftovers. Such a big big big waste of time & money!!

Not effective. It doesn’t give feeling of fullness and doesn’t control hungerI workout and I didn’t see a diff in my appetite even after eating this. I wanted to cut my calorie intake by 10% but this didn’t help

Work from the first day
I read alote of feedback about this product and I was so excited about it and when I try it's really work first make me feel full all the time and close my Appetite, I am not feeling hungry all the time and help me to not smoke too much during the day I am using this product 3 days back and I will check my weight end of the week👍

I was hopeful this would help me feel full and not want to snack so much. It exceeded my expectations! Instructions say 2-3 capsules before meals, 2 is plenty for me as I was barely hungry for my meal. I do feel full before my meals and most of the day honestly, leaving me not wanting to snack. These are a great buy!

Absolutely useless product!!! I took 3 pills and NOTHING! I still have an appetite and get hungry and even eat the same amount that I'm used to!Absolute waste of money!!
