Is this like condensed milk?

No. It's basically milk for tea/coffee. It's somehow treated so that it doesn't spoil even without refrigeration and it's very convenient. My tea tastes better when I use it. More details in "Product description" I'm sure. Excellent product.

Did you get expired product? When I bought, I first saw the expiry date. It was ok within my expected consumption plan.
