Midori Compact Scissors, XS Series, White (49470006)

Very nice, sharp, and super compact to throw in my slingshot bag. Tied a little string to the lanyard hole to assist with wrap n tuck. Great little piece of kit.

Convenient little scissors that snip very well. Only thing I didn't like was the paper gets stuck on the thick handle. Once you guide the paper around the handle you can continue to snip. Other than that, it's good to have an extra pair of scissors in my desk draw.

I bought these to throw in my "dad bag" kit. I use this to cut up food for easier bite sized morsels for my toddler (e.g. noodles, veggies, etc.). I also carry kid-friendly utensils (small fork/spoon with case and training chopsticks, silicone straw). These scissors are much, much better than other folding scissors (Stickyle, Fiskars), and the form factor is really nice. The full lock position can be a little fiddly, but when you fully lock (pinch the handles closed), it feels secure. Spring is strong enough and the blades lock in extended position better than other sliders I've tried. Open/close mechanism works well, and they're easy enough to clean. I haven't run them through the dishwasher yet, but i haven't had any rusting issues or indication of sub-par metal alloys. I like this "full handle" form factor vs. other slider scissors, and the full fold (round) handle style scissors just don't pack as nicely, and feel sketchier to open.

These are lovely little scissors. They feel reasonably well built. However, I've been mainly using them to trim green onion stalks, and after just a month of use they're starting to crush rather than snip unless I hold them in a particular way. Just a minor annoyance, not quite a deal breaker. I'd say these are best for occasional rather than regular use.

コンパクト、フタ無し、刃の長さが十分ある。 加えてバネが強めで厚めの紙も切れます。 刃と刃の合わせが緩いと薄い物が切れなかったりしますが、こちらは薄いビニールもスパッと切れます。 携帯ハサミとしては優秀だと思います。 地味な点ですがストラップ穴も有り、ストラップを付ければカバンの中で迷子になりにくい。 コンパクトゆえ無くしやすい欠点もちゃんと解消されている。
