Secura Electric Coffee Grinder and Spice Grinder with 2 Stainless Steel Blades Removable Bowls

Secura Electric Coffee Grinder works great! I needed an up grade and I like that it has two different blades for spices and coffee beans. The only thing I don’t like is the way the cord winds up for storage, it doesn’t really fit in the space when it’s all wound up. Grinds coffee grounds perfectly, and is pretty quiet.

Loved this product I will definitely buy again. Great for spices and I use it very often. Great size and great quality.

The main reason I purchased this grinder was to avoid contact with plastic parts. Surprisingly this is very hard to find. Most grinders have plastic that directly makes contact with contents while the blades are spinning. This causes micro plastics to accumulate in whatever you are grinding. This grinder does a good job at eliminating plastic contact other than the plastic lid. In my opinion this lid should be replaced with a metal top by the manufacture but it's not a deal breaker since the particles that hit the plastic top shouldnt cause enough damage to produce micro plastics. The only concern is wear from applying and removing the lid causing the microplastics. I myself replaced the plastic lid with a stainless steel mason jar lid and it works pretty good. Not a perfect fit but gets the job done. Here are the things I think could be better on this grinder: #1. As I already stated the plastic lid should be replaced with stainless steel. #2. The build quality could be better. The stainless steel used for the cups is a little thin. Also the plastic housing and gears on the machine seem a little cheap and can be designed better for durability. I would have paid more if this item was made with better materials and felt more durable. #3. When the motor is working it doesn't sound very healthy. It gets the job done and grinds like it should but sounds like a cheap motor. It sounds like it struggles. I have been using it everyday for about 2 months and no issues so far. I'm just hoping it will continue working. At the end of the day the most important part of this grinder is the ability to eliminate microplastics on a daily basis. You will have to deal with the build quality, noise etc but not many other options available at this time.

I love this coffee grinder. It doesn't take out nearly as much space as the Conical when I had before by a very well-known brand and the old one kept getting jammed all the time with the coffee grinds having to be worked out with a small object this one is user-friendly takes a small amount of counter space and it gets the job done rapidly and easily. This brand is outstanding. I have numerous items by this brand, including kettle wine, bottle opener, etc. they stand behind their product. It's not super noisy. The grind quality is excellent and extra spice grinder bowl is a nice touch.

I ordered this grinder as an extra. First off, the quality of the bowl is nice. No sharp edges like the KitchenAid. Bowl fits securely into the base, unlike the KitchenAid. The bowl for grinding spices is not the same as the previous model I purchased 19 Aug 2022. The redesigned model does not have the black pad below the blade. On the previous bowl, one blade tip faced up and the other down. On the newer one, both tips face up. I contacted Secura and was eventually sent a replacement bowl. It was the exact, redesigned, same thing. I was contacted by Secura via email "Thank you for providing the pictures. We believe it is exactly the correct replacement grinder bowl. The grinder bowl was slightly redesigned as some customers reported that they would like the black plastic pad removed. The new design improves grinding efficiency and it is easier to clean the bowl. The bowl was not hard to clean in the first place; soak and just use a toothbrush. It is not more efficient. It took me three times as long or longer to grind as before and still had small clumps. Did Secura even test their own redesign? Obviously not. The grinder was highly rated for what it was designed to do, grind spices, and the original bowl does an amazing job of it. It no longer does that. I received the copycat Shardor today hoping to get the bowl with the black pad. I did not receive the bowl with the black pad. Shardor replaced theirs with the same useless one as Secura. Shardor is going back to Amazon. Secura/Shardor, Please bring back the original grinder bowl like the one I purchased in Aug 2022, or at least make it an available option such as your Replacement Parts Stainless Steel Removable Bowl Set. I do not recommend this "redesigned" grinder bowl. Thank you

I purchased this in 2023 and I am still (2026)using it almost every alternate day. It’s worth for the price 👍 and handy , easy to clean I undoubtedly recommend this based on my personal experience. This one does course and fine powder .

We love this blender. It is pretty loud, but reasonably so and similar to other models we've used in the past. We use this for everything from blending coffee beans, to making salsa, to making baby food. We like that it's all stainless steel so it's easy to clean. We hand wash and don't put it in the dishwasher, but we haven't been hand drying it and the blades have continued to remain sharp and effective. One thing to be careful of is making sure you clean and then quickly store the small rubber gasket under the lid. It's easy to lose (and accidently grind up)! The other potential negative is the capacity of the blending cups, but honestly it also means it's easier to store in one of your cabinets or drawers. It doesn't take up a bunch of room. The cord is also reasonably long so in case there's distance between your blender and the closest outlet, you should be good to go. We'd buy this again. A great tradeoff of value and cost.

Best grinder for coffee and spices. Second jar with 2 blades is perfect for small batches of wet grinding like pesto, coriander chutney, coconut chutney. Especially for Indian condiments.
