Great product
Love the rose gold color and the mouth piece is bendable and rotatable. Noise blocking is great and so is the volume. Use it 10hrs five days a week. Super comfy!

came defective
I was looking to upgrade my other headset because the sponges were hurting my ears, but these are very comfortable, and they would've been nice, but the sound was horrible, maybe they were defective because I read the reviews before I bought them, and they all have good reviews, the volume was low, the sound was muffled, they had to go back, I feel disappointed.

Callers can't hear me
Nor syre if it's the headset or the phone but I can hear great, but the persons I call can barely hear me. WITHOUT the RJP-C I can't hear. Though this phone is on the compatible list. Otherwise I love this headset. It feels comfy and the gold color is nice. Plus it twists and turns making it easy to store.

Works great with my phone at work. The quality is clear. I called my cell phone and left a message, and the quality was good. The additional adapters in the box were nice though I didn't have to use them. I'd recommend this to anyone considering. Read the description and confirm your phone is compatible before buying :)

it's a great headset, the callers voice comes through crystal clear. i would of rated it a 5, but i've been told by several callers that they can even hear me breathing!

These headphones are great. No problem hooking up to the office telephones or switching adapters to plug into computer. Our office gets quite loud so I like that they are somewhat noise cancelling too!

Just received and using this headset. Gotta say, it's pretty good! The ear piece is comfy, the headband fits a range of head sizes and the sound clarity is great. Other people in the Teams meeting confirmed my microphone is fine and my words are clear. If it stays like this for a long time, I'll be very happy. It was boxed nicely and the range of plugs is great - I can use it directly in the 3.5mm jack on my PC or plug it into my Cisco desk phone too (also very clear). As a bonus, it's a very cool looking shade of gold. About to order another one for home.
