Great
Granted this was my first ever Sake, so I don't have a benchmark. But I will definitely be buying again, absolutely beautiful this was. Opened my taste buds to the world of Sake.

Nice sake
If this is your first time trying sake think it is a good start great taste and i would highly recommend you try is 3 different ways. Room temp chilled and warm since sake can taste different each way i much prefer warm adds more flavour and find this one is great heated.

Warm, Tasty and smooth.
Loved it! Was my first time trying Sake amongst another named Ozeki Sake, it was so smooth and a lot more so than I expected, more than that it didn’t leave a nasty aftertaste like most beers and spirits, so my choice of alcohol is now Sake. Fantastically made, smooth and I got an absolutely lovely and warm feeling whilst swallowing it, feeling it make its way through my chest and stomach, thank you.

Best reasonably priced sake
The best reasonably priced Sake out there, as far as I've experienced.

Good entry level Sake, but not representative of higher quality Sake.
Quite acceptable, but not the Sake I am looking for. I heated my Sake to about 50c and let it cool. This one tastes better warmed than cold, so I do recommend heating it a little. However, reasonably well made, great floral notes, and tastes of lemon, mint, straw and rice however the alcohol has been added separately by the brewer, and for my palette, you can definitely taste it, as it's added a incongruous nature to the blend for me. A bit astringent, mixed with smooth. I paired mine with salmon, vegetables and noodles with Kikkomen soy sauce. It's not bad, but not what I am looking for, so I will move on and try a Junmai Ginjo sake, which everyone tells me I should try as the alcohol ferments naturally and it's more suited to western palates apparently. I bought it during a sale. I would describe this as entry level sake, but not for the connoisseur, more of a party sake with friends maybe. I will spend double next time and try the Bizen Maboroshi Sake. Okay to try, but if you want a high quality Sake, you're likely going to have to spend more. Glad I tried it though. Cheers!

For God’s Sake
Sake: Noun. Rhymes with Khaki (depending on your dialect). This is a silky sensation of scrumptious satisfaction leading to severe salivation awaiting the salvation of the second sip. Ooooft, sake smoke, BREATHE THIS!!! I made my way across the meadow after mine third glass was still a quarter full, it left nothing to the imagination. The “moo” of the cows and the “bah” of the sheep and the “wey aye man” of the locals left me thinking, ‘by ‘eck I’ve walked to the Northeast of England’. Considering I live in the Northwest of England, this was some feat, and indeed that I have some feet (else it would have been a difficult jaunt). The sake warmed my cockles and left me tingling from head to toe, because every part of my body’s lower half was sparkling. Best believe I’m still bejewelled. Chin down, bottom’s up, but for the love of all that is cherished, sip me ‘til your tipsy. Take care. Garnier.

No voy a engañar a nadie.
