Female reviewer! They work great for my cosplay. Are comfortable and I can breathe in them. They hide my pudge well and keep me looking curvy enough. I was worried since these are for men that they wouldn’t fit right. But when I got them, I found they fit me just fine. I’ve worn them a few times now!

I measured myself before picking a size and used the chart and the fit of the pants was exactly what I anticipated. Also, I have thicker thighs and 'typical' lady hips and wear my pants around my hips instead of my 'waist' - just fYI these pants fit the best, pockets didn't bulge out or look weird, and the fit at the thighs was perfectly loose like I needed but not too loose. The material was light and airy, perfect for outdoor ren faire. I would not hesitate to wear these by themselves without the extra belts or sash, they look good. Quality of the ankle loops was high and also look great (I didn't need them to since I wore boots) and they are adjustable even for thick calves if you want to pull them up (just be careful and loosen first). I bought this brand and another of almost the exact same style to see which would be the better fit for me. These are more comfortable than I expected and would definitely purchase again over other brands tried.

Very comfortable to not only wear for cosplay but to chill in. size i order fit well and length size is good still fits me to this day. I these pants for my cosplay cleric costume and the style of the pants not only blend well but fit. Pockets are great and weight is perfect

I really loved wearing these pants for Halloween! They’re comfortable, stretchy, and durable. My only complaint about them is that the little string that goes through it got lost really quickly, I recommend tying knots in both sides of it especially if you intend to use the stretchiness of these pants! When I first put them on I was able to tie them in the front, but the second time I put them on, when I stretched them, the string got lost inside the pants and I couldn’t get it back out for the life of me! I eventually just pulled the whole string out from the other side cuz it was driving me crazy. Aside from that one thing, these pants are perfect for pirating! (Or in my case piRATing)

Pants fit well. The waist seems small at a glance, but very stretchy. I bought a large, typically wear a ladies size 12 pants. Could have probably gone down a size. My calves are around 14in. and the ties are quite loose. They could easily fit a much larger calf, you might just have to untie and relace every time you wear them. The color (got the brown) is a little odd. They're more of a warm brown than the pictures suggest, a bit hard to match. My only true complaint is that all of the tags had been removed from them, so I have no idea what these are ACTUALLY made from. It's not cotton. The fabric is a bit scratchy just to touch but very comfortable on. Washes easily. Not sure if they are dryer safe.

Disclaimer, I'm a short and small feminine person, so I was expecting this to need to be tailored. But I wasn't planning on as much tailoring as im gonna need to do to this to get it how I wanted. It's partly my fault since I could've looked more closely at the product description and reviews. But if you are looking for something sleek and more victorian esque, I think you should look elsewhere. I think these would be great for a pirate type cosplay, which it states in the title, but it also says renaissance and I don't think it fits that kind of vibe at all. It was very baggy on me and the bunching up of the fabric at the top was a big turn off, very much not what I was looking for as an enjoyed of a victorian goth aesthetic but I think pirate enjoyers would like this Also, the fabric is a little bit too scratchy for me. Not horrible so but it's not my favorite feeling

I'm a 5'4" 148.5lb woman and these fit perfectly. I didn't even realize that the waist has a drawstring, which I love. Fits amazingly and goes with the costume I'm putting together I guess my only concern are the tie ups around the ankles, but that could just be because I have skinny ankles. I'm very satisfied.

Pants were comfortable and looked good. The buttons fell off within the first two hours of wearing and the pants were not tight. Buttons were just not securely sewn on. Otherwise pants looked good.

I would not recommend the material is extremely thin and ripped ripped through from the front to the back as I sat down

The fabric tore the first time my son wore them and he couldn't use them (and they were too large rather than too small).

i wore these once and when i was walking they tore the entire way from back to front so they ended up in the bin
