Overall, product is very good. Customer support is excellent and got the issue that I had with this fixed. The mixer bucket I think it’s called originally the original one cracked contact and support for a replacement. They sent the replacement and I will see this product makes the smoothest ice cream. My family has ever tasted so I would definitely buy this again even bought a second one for mine friend.

After reviewing several machines I picked this one, even though others also looked good. unboxed followed instruction keeping upright for 2 hours before plugging in. Did a great job of making an ice cream cone which is what I purchased it for. didn't take long to freeze the liquid. Can now have ice cream when I want, without going to fast foods to get one. Glad I purchased it, would buy again!.

Product has been great and customer service just as good. We had one small issue where the main tank got a small crack and they replaced it immediately through their customer service who was very responsive by email.

My kids love this. They want us to make ice cream in it all the time and its so yummy... still having a hard time finding the right setting for us for slushie tho no matter what I feel like its to thick. But the kids dont mind. Its a really cool machine.

This thing is the bomb! We use it at least twice a week. It makes the best soft serve ice cream. We pour in the ice cream mix we bought on Amazon directly into the hopper, add the required amount of mix, push two buttons, and sit back for less than 20 minutes to eat delicious ice cream. Soooo easy. And soooo good!

Worked great the first three times I used it. Then I noticed that the insulated part was cracked and would not stay tight to the machine causing it to leak.
