On the plus side, the lamp was an exact replacement and works fine. On the negative side, it took 21 days to arrive in a grossly oversized package. It also cost 50% more than another retailer was selling it for. I bought one from them as a back up, and it arrived in only 4 days.

This was my second purchase of this lamp. In my unit it was super easy to install, just a few minutes. The lamp can via mail and the tube was packaged great. My first lamp continued to run for a year, I could tell because I can see the blue light. But reading they say the lamp degrades in about a year. So this was my second purchase and 2 months in with no problems. I’ve noticed better uv lamps like this one the prices have gone up a bit, I guess due to Covid. But purchasing one a year is not that bad if it keeps mold from growing in hvac coils. I will continue to purchase this product.

I was very apprehensive ordering a UV Light Bulb through the mail! However, it arrived safe and sound, and has been in my attic return for several months now, working like a charm! I can see a vague light through the return, in the hallway, every night when I go to bed letting me know it's killing germs and virus'...Very happy w/this purchase...

Purchased in 2019 for $18. Sat on shelf undisturbed in protective tube for 2 years. Plugged in. Lit up then Immediately burnt out. Now they want $43 in 2022. What a joke. Could it be the UV-aire receptacle? No, I have a second receptacle and spare bulbs. Other receptable works with other bulbs, and other bulbs work in the original receptable.
