I LOVE MUSTARD! I used to have 3 styles of mustard depending on what protein or starch it was to be served with: beef, or sausages, onions, veggies, etc. I now have only one: this one: great viscosity: perfect consistency, stays in place, isn’t as runny as soup; all around flavor: it has enough of the savory “mustardy” edge that we all love, without seeming “like horseradish purée” like some do. It is the predominant featured flavor without “holding the rest of your mouth hostage”: you can taste it and still enjoy the other flavors of the host protein or starch. Sweetness: it is perfectly COMPLEMENTARY , to and highlights rather than tries to dominate the mustard flavor. BEST ALL AROUND MUSTARD I HAVE EVER HAD & now the only one I DO have. Buy it! You’ll love it!!
