I recently purchased the this Apple Watch case with high hopes of providing extra protection for my precious device. However, I have been utterly disappointed with its performance, as it has completely ruined the functionality of my Apple Watch. The primary purpose of a watch case is to safeguard the device while maintaining its usability. Unfortunately, this case fails miserably in that regard. Once I applied this case to my Apple Watch, I noticed an immediate decline in the screen's responsiveness. Simple gestures like swiping and tapping became a frustrating ordeal, often requiring multiple attempts or just not registering at all. The case's design appears to be the main culprit behind this issue. The material used is excessively thick and poorly engineered, resulting in an obstructive layer that interferes with the touch sensitivity of the screen. It feels as though the case is suffocating the watch, preventing it from functioning properly. Moreover, the cutouts for the buttons and the digital crown are misaligned and not accurately positioned, making it incredibly difficult to access those features. It's baffling how a case specifically designed for the Apple Watch can fail so spectacularly in such basic aspects. I attempted to troubleshoot the problem by removing the case multiple times, cleaning the screen thoroughly, and ensuring there were no other obstructions. However, the unresponsiveness persisted, leaving me with a practically useless device. To add insult to injury, the case's build quality is subpar. The material feels cheap and flimsy, and it offers minimal protection against bumps or falls. It is evident that the manufacturer prioritized appearance over functionality and durability. I am disappointed and frustrated with this product. Not only did it fail to provide the promised protection for my Apple Watch, but it also rendered the device virtually unusable. I strongly advise against purchasing this Apple Watch case if you value the functionality and performance of your device. Save yourself the hassle and money by considering alternative options that prioritize both protection and usability. It's disheartening to see such a poor-quality product being sold on Amazon, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others contemplating this purchase.

Got this for my daughter’s Apple Watch. Comes with a pink and a clear so she can choose which she wants. Nice protective case for Apple Watch!

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the installation, which is more b/c of myself than the protector, but it was tricky to get on. I kept touching the inside of it trying to get it on, then once it was on the watch you could see my fingerprints underneath it, then I would have to take it off, clean it and start over... Again, probably more user error than anything but it was a bit of a challenge. Once it was on and right, that little struggle was worth it b/c it fits tightly on my Apple Watch and I love that about it. You almost can't even tell it's there (currently using the clear one). I can still work the watch perfectly, so the screen protector doesn't affect the sensitivity of the touch screen and that's a big plus!! Overall, so far, I am happy with this purchase and would recommend to others.

The clear case is great but does scratch easily. The scratches are not too visible and do not obstruct my view of the screen or affect the functionality of the touch screen. It is easy to install and is designed to allow for easy removal or attachment of the watch straps. I am not sure if the clear case will turn yellow over time as I have only had it for a little less than a month. In comparison to other cases, this is more flexible and is easier to remove and place onto the watch. The rose gold case was crooked on the inside top right corner. No amount of adjustment made the screen a perfect rectangular shape with even angles. I returned this but purchase the 2 pack of the clear version because I liked the clear one so much.

As a puppy raiser, my watch is a chew toy more often than not with our young pups so I managed to obtain a few superficial scratches and a dent in the side. This case masks the scratches and hides the missing pigment with the pink bumper. So far, no puppy teeth have been able to scratch my screen and my worry is gone. Installation was difficult due to the fact that the case fits snug to the watch. If it gets caught in the slot for the watch band, you're in for a rough time. Water can also get underneath the case and I found that the best way to get it out is to stick a fine tip q-tip underneath to remove it. Cleaning the outside can also be a pain but I found rubbing alcohol and a cotton round to be effective.
