do they fit a B6-4 engine

The owner's answer is not 100% correct. The tubes, at 2.4 cm, are larger than A, B, and C engines (a diameter of about 1.8 cm), if that is what you are asking. These of course can accommodate the engines with an engine mount tube, which you can buy or build on your own. While this question is 2 years old, I hope it will help someone else looking.

Would these be good to roll tablecloths on

A very odd question. The tubes are built like the crescent roll packaging only far thinner. They can be easily compromised by banging on an edge of the table or even too much weight unsupported. This would only work if the tablecloths were very light. I think a wooden dowel would work better and last longer.

I Used 1 tube in the center of this rocket to line up the dowels used on the lower portion of the rocket. It is not seen, but I would not have been able to complete the model with out the tube! As you can see it turned out GREAT!
