Makes Exercise FUN
These things make exercising so much fun. It not only spurred ME to exercise more and switch things up, but my kids LOVE these and it's gotten them off video games. They come with a carry case so they're highly portable, they're great quality and easy to use and have fun with. It puts a lot of variety into something I personally dread.

Great gift for a fitness buff!
Purchased as a gift for a young woman who just passed her physical for the local firefighter exam. Knowing she was already into fitness, i knew this would be a fun and unique gift. She loved it. The quality semed very sturdy as well.

A fun way to have a good workout in a short time!
Good quality, the dice are made of high-density foam that should resist over time. If you don't rest much time between every dice roll, you should obtain a decent cardio workout. The combination of body squats, walking lunges and jumping jacks got my legs a little sore the day after, witch is a good thing!
