Not just for shoes!
Bought this stuff for customised impact protection for contact sports - it's crazy how it works! My boyfriend wrapped it around his arm and started tapping it with a hammer (don't try this at home!) and was amazed to find that it did get solid when it received a snappy hit.It's expensive - but we're really happy with the purchase!

Worth the expense, plantar fasciitis relief
This is expensive, but if you have plantar fasciitis you will deem it worth the expense for the pain relief. 11 hour shifts on my feet, pain was excruciating. This really reduces impact and absorbs and cushions feet. It’s plastic so sweaty, wear good socks!
