I bought this red light therapy lamp to help my husband recover after his rotator cuff surgery, and it’s been one of the best purchases we’ve made during this whole process. I'm not 100% sold on the idea of red light therapy, but I don't see any harm in trying it. This lamp is well-made, and it gives off a bright light. It comes with shades, which you will need when directing the light towards your face. I can't say anything about improvements with pain or skin just yet, but I can say that I find bathing in this light to be relaxing lol.

Definitely love this lamp! I bought it for one of my cats who injured his elbow and shoulder and wanted to expedite the recovery time. I gave him a 15 min session daily for 1.5 weeks and our veterinarian was highly impressed at his turn around time. Definitely reduces inflammation and expedites the recovery. Size of lamp itself is perfect and very easy to use! It also works wonders on your face and skin! Would recommend a million times over!

Love that the height is adjustable. Love the glasses. I LOVE that the top part of the light is flexible. I can move it anywhere in any position. Very happy and recommended it to others.

Bought it in January and it malfunctioned and it will not allow me to return bacause window passed. The cord disconnected from the plug. Need to return and get my $ back.

You have to be careful with the neck or it could break. Mine broke after 3 months, but the seller is kindly sending me a new one so im going to be extra careful and hopefully it won't break!
