I'm not 100% sold on the idea of red light therapy, but I don't see any harm in trying it. This lamp is well-made, and it gives off a bright light. It comes with shades, which you will need when directing the light towards your face. I can't say anything about improvements with pain or skin just yet, but I can say that I find bathing in this light to be relaxing lol.

My first one broke, you had to be very careful with the neck it was so flimsy and felt wonky and had a hard time staying where you wanted it, it didnt stay in place. It eventually broke after 3 months, right where the neck met the light it just snapped. The seller kindly sent me a new one and the new one is amazing! They must have updated and tweaked the design because I could tell immediately this one is better and won't break. The pole slides up and down easily to adjust the height. whereas the first one didn't. Most importantly the neck is sturdy and amazing, whereas the first one was so flimsy, this one is solid! Im so happy!

arrived promptly & easy to assemble. its not a magic cure all, as some reviews suggest, but i didn't expect it to be. I'm trying it out for the long term benefits, until its debunked or the protocols are changed. at worst it won't hurt anything & can add structure to your day.

This is my first Red Light Therapy lamp. I've really enjoyed this lamp. I've mostly used it on my face and found it has produced some good results. It can easily be used for other parts of the body and there's decent coverage if you have areas you want to cover with the light. I typically use it for 15 minutes and perhaps 5 days a week. I feel it is a value for the cost and would recommend it to others.

My only complaint is it is a weird height. It's why the lady is sitting on the floor in the display pic. However this is very effective and calming the lighting is really nice to be around. I can definitely say something is happening in my body that is improving my health. I was already taking supplements and doing things but it feels like this is helping me heal faster. I put it on when I hit the shower and shine the light in my skin seems less inflamed I feel less inflamed and I feel like I've had time in the sun and feel a little better after. I think my hair and nails are growing faster and thicker. I have no proof of these claims but try it yourself and see. I have suggested it to my friends to try. So if you can get something give it a try. I don't regret mine and I use it for 15 mins about every second day sometimes daily.
