This headliner fabric turned out to be much higher quality than I expected. The material has a really good balance to it. It is thick enough to hold adhesive properly without bleeding through, but still lightweight enough to stay in place and work with easily. I thought applying it was going to be difficult, especially around curves and contours, but it actually surprised me with how manageable it was. There are a few important things to know before installing it. If too much adhesive is sprayed directly onto the fabric, it will soak through and get wet, so be careful. It works much better to spray more adhesive onto the headliner board itself and use a lighter coat on the fabric. Also, make sure the adhesive has tacked up properly before pressing the fabric down or it will not bond as cleanly. One of the biggest lessons during installation was not to stretch the fabric. Instead, gently contract and work it into curves so it naturally settles into shape without tension. If it is stretched tight when it adheres, it will stay under pressure and can pull later. Taking the time to fit it properly makes a huge difference in the final result. Overall, this is an excellent headliner fabric that feels durable, professional, and much easier to work with than expected.

(For 2006 Honda Accord 4dr no sunroof) I had plenty of fabric to cover the entire headliner, and one can of 3M adhesive was plenty. The color is very close to original (see pic), and the weave is almost identical as well—important since the sun visors still have the original material. Never did any upholstery before, but plenty of YT vids out there. Easy but not simple, took some patience cleaning up the board, adhering the fabric, and especially reinstalling. But DANG to be rid of the sags and the pins for under $55 is DOPE.

My headliner fabric was sagging and ripped. I removed the headliner shell and pulled the fabric off of it, cleaned it up and glued this to it with headliner spray adhesive. The foam backing is thick enough to hide imperfections in the headliner shell. The material is easy to work with and arrived rolled up in a long box, not folded, so no folds to work out. Something to keep in mind when choosing a color: I chose light brown. Dirty fingerprints show up very easily on this and are difficult to avoid during installation. Although I cleaned the headliner shell pretty well, it still had a lot of dark foam residue that gets on hands and easily transfers to this new material. In hindsight, a darker color (gray, black) may have mitigated this issue.

Product is good. Wrinkled edges was not an issue for me as the material over laped my board by about 2 1/2 inches on either side and had to be removed anyway. Plenty of material for a 2004 Silverado Crew Cab. The pains I had with this headliner install were self inflicted and not connected to the quality of the fabric. I hope to never have to replace another headliner, ( I am 77) but if I did, I would use this fabric again.

Looks good It is so much better than using the old fabric.
