Worked as required
I used to spray magnesium on my feet and legs to stop cramps but it barely worked. Bought these and found they are good for cramps, around 98% for me, also the early morning trip to the bathroom has been extremely welcome for my constipation, but did nothing for my sleep.However, the expense of ยฃ58 a month is far more than I can afford, after realising that I would need two bottles per month, so will be looking out for some other magnesium that will hopefully work.

Items were well packed & arrived on time! Expiry date of items is in June 2026 which is alrite but would be better with a later expiry date. Price of item would be more attractive if can be made lower. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating!

Wonderful but pricy.
Love this magnesium blend. It has helped my sleep, digestion, and overall well-being. I feel like it is a little pricey and would love if it was a little cheaper but I do feel like the quality is there.
