Yes it is very presice when the dpi is low

How much does the mouse itself weigh without the weights?

The weights only add 18 grams, don't know how much this helps. I've had this type of mouse for nearly 3 years now (my last one broke after 2 and a half years of intense use and being thrown in my backpack every weekend). If you are in doubt just get it you will not regret it
