Is it Ender 3 compatible?

Yes. I believe the ender 3 is 24v so get that version. Print a mount (can find stl files from thingiverse) before taking the old one off

I have a rostock v2 max and i can not get the extruder to get up to operating temps. stalls at 180c and take forever. can anyone help?

The heating element is probably bad or the thermistor isn’t reading correct. Get a infrared thermometer and check it that way to be sure. If you need more help I can email me if need be.

What size nozzle comes with this kit?

The default one that comes with the kit is 0.4mm.

What voltage for fan?

This is the 12v version, so the fan is 12v.
