Great little machine that makes me want to do sit ups more. More comfortable than laying directly on the ground

Put it in front of tv and start doing. Today, I watched a movie for one and half hour long by working out with this device all the way to the end. I do it around 3 to 4 days a week. It’s awesome and it has flattened my belly significantly. I am getting a second one for a different room.

The 4 speed/resistance options make it easy to adjust as you get stronger. Docked one star just because it takes up a bit of floor space, but overall a great addition to a home gym routine.

I bought this thinking I’d casually do a few crunches. The machine had other plans. About five minutes into my first workout, muscles I didn’t know existed started introducing themselves. The machine is sturdy, comfortable, and the adjustable resistance makes it easy to start out without feeling defeated. As you get stronger, you can increase the challenge without needing a gym membership. It also folds up nicely, which is great because after my workouts I usually need the extra floor space to lie there and question my life choices. If you’re serious about strengthening your core, this machine gets the job done. Your abs may hate you at first, but they’ll eventually thank you. Five stars.

Needed to strengthen my back. This looked like something to try. Glad I did! Easy to use, sturdy, well made, and gets results. Very pleased with this product. I tried it because of the price. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on something that might not help, so I tried a less expensive product. It was very well made and a very good choice. Recommend it, especially because of the quality for a good price.
