Do these include a case and neck strap?

Yes, but the neck strap is a chord and the case is vinyl cheap and difficult to use. Still, the binocs are a good value.

I would say 'Yes'. These are crystal clear.

8X25 for concerts and 10X25 for outdoors. The 8X25 might even be too powerful for concerts.

Is this good to use with eye glasses?

It is a good question! I have just begun to use mine with glasses and have had a challenging time getting the focus right. BUT when I do get it right, wonderful!!! Just play with it until it suits you. (My grandkids have been known to borrow mine. 7 years old, so acute vision, utterly unlike mine!)
