EXTRA HOT - No joke! We love it.
No joke. It is extra hot. We like to have a product that we can put a dash of powder in and have it go a LONG way. Great for Kimchi and other Korean, Thai and any other Asian or other ethnic recipes that you want to kick it up. Never tried to add a dash to buffalo wing sauce - but I imagine it would definitely make 3-star wings, easily a boost to 5-star (hotness) while adding flavor and not just heat. Warning a 1/4 teaspoon might be all you need for a recipe.

Great
We have a lot of prairie dogs in our yard. So I put a tablespoon of this powder down each hole and it seems to have chased those little critters out of my yard. I didn't want to kill them, but wanted them to find a different neighborhood and so far, this has worked very well.
