Trideer Wobble Cushion, Balance Pad, Wiggle Seat for Flexible Seating

This is one of the best things I've ever purchased. I use it to sit on (but I add a folded dish towel over it because even the "smooth side" felt a little pokie. But, it does exactly what my chiropracter said it would. It keeps me in a little bit of motion constantly. Not enough to distract my focus at work, but since using it the last 10 days, I am free of low back stiffness and discomfort and I think my upper middle back has been better. I'm still observing my posture, but I think it is also causing me in a natural way to avoid jutting my neck out and causing neck misalignments too. I'll write back here if that turns out to be a premature assessment. Anyway, it is inexpensive enough (and seems very well made) to be worth the risk of just trying it out.

great product! well made,easy to inflate. I use it with seniors to practice balance (standing on it behind a chair) and to promote foot health when sitting. they LOVE it. they can see improvement from class to class.

I bought this to use with my perpetually wiggling kiddo. We homeschool and do most of our work at the kitchen table. We both like the way it feels as a cushion to sit on. When he uses it, there is less distracting fidgeting above the table. I find it helpful for myself as an adult with lower back pain. But one drawback is when he uses it on the kitchen chair, his legs are a bit too high to fit under the table. I hadn’t considered this possibility and it definitely limits its uses for him. If he was sitting in an adjustable chair or a lower chair, it would work better. We still use it on the floor or couch for balance work or stretching. I am pleased with the quality and thickness of the cushion.

Excellent for use when sitting while at computer or sewing. Good core workout. Product definitely as advertised.

Ordered this pre PT suggestion for a balancing disc to strengthen my foot/ankle. Easy to inflate or deflate. Works perfect for my foot. Ordered a second one to do squats on. Great tool for balancing and strengthen work.

This is great. Use it for my son that is has developmental delays to help for standing and gaining mobility. Also great for my daughter that is 6 to sit on as well.

Never heard of this type of cushion but works well with my exercises. It helps with posture, balance, and seems pretty durable. It even comes with a pump although I haven’t needed to use it, holds air so far. Good price.

OK, but my granddaughter quit using it after a short time. It was cool at first and then it wasn’t no more.
