Great for swelling feet.
I bought these as I am recovering from a broken lower leg/ankle. My foot swells differently daily depending on the amount of walking/pt I am doing. The velcro straps and wide shoe and opening allow for the swelling and are the most comfortable shoes I have found for this time. I usually am a womens 9.5 but bought these in mens 10. I wear two thick socks on my non -swelling foot. Work great.

Shoe box narrows not effective for neuropathic edema
Sadly the box of the shoe narrows, instead of maintaining a roomy expanded toe box, with edema even the Velcro strap is barely able to contain a swollen neuropathic foot I will be returning

The straps need to be bigger/longer
Recently purchased these shoes and was meh with them. The closure needs to be longer. The closure is barely able to Velcro, but it leaves a big opening. Not something to wear if it rains. They don't feel tight around the foot and give a lot of movement and can fall off. Maybe this is something just I encounter, not sure, but they do seem well made.

I’ve boughten 2 pairs for my dad. He has extreme swelling in his feet and these are the only shoes we have found that work.
