One of the best tools I bought in 2020 and the company that supports this tool is amazing. I under scoped one of my projects and damaged one of the mandrels. I reached out to the company and within 24 hours they sent me a reply and told me how I could use my warranty and get the mandrel replaced free of charge. I am very happy with the product and the company. I need a little more time with the tool to size out the right rivets to use but other than that the tool works like a champ.

I was a little apprehensive about getting this tool, the reviews were very mixed on some of the features. I originally bought it just to install tow mirrors on my Ram pickup. Once that project was completed, I have found a bunch of other projects to use it on! It is incredible and makes so many projects have that professional look and finish. Having real bolts holding parts together instead of sheet metal screws gives me a lot more peace of mind as well. My latest project (seen in the pictures) was replacing all the old lights on our 1988 fifth wheel with LEDs and the old mix of sheet metal screws that had been used over the years were a joke! I drilled all of the holes out and used M4 screws and these blind rivet nuts to mount all of the lights. The finished job is amazing! Now if I need to work on the lights, I don't have to carry three different screwdrivers with square, slot and Philips heads depending on which light I was working on! As far as educating yourself, be willing to sacrifice a few rivet-nuts to learn how much force is needed to collapse the body. Just grabbing and cranking down full strength will definitely result in stripped out threads and broken parts! The assortment of rivet-nuts provided are pretty decent, but I have only used stainless steel since all of my projects are (potentially) exposed to the elements. So far, I am very happy with the tool and the case it comes in just adds to the great experience.

Used these to mount high bay lights in my garage. Quite easy to use and provided a solid mount. I did break the tool but it was my own fault not the tools but I will purchase another one as now I know how to adjust it. Lol
