Usage of stainless steel pans for induction cooktops.
Remember to use all stainless steel pans. You can check bottom middle of pan with magnet. Boils water very quickly.

Easy to install...
I originally bought this unit to use for catering events. I loved it so much that I made it a permanent addition to the home kitchen. The install process took less that an hour and it works beautifully alongside my gas stove top.

A leaflet included NOT a manual! Does not work properly! No product support!
My bad, I didn't try to use it when it arrived (my contractor plugged it in, the indicator lights came on, so he thought was good). Now that the kitchen Reno is complete and cook top is installed we can't get it to function. Now there in NO SUPPORT from J&R Wholesale, no manuals on line, can't find info on the manufacture. No response for return from Amazon or the supplier!!!

Works well and seems to be well made!
So far I like the stove top. The touch buttons are not quite as sensitive and responsive as I would like, but using an iPhone every day spoils me on responsiveness. It works quite well though, and has held up well over the past few weeks. The user interface is also not as intuitive as it could be, however a quick read of the instructions answered my few questions. I will update my review after using this for a few more months to see how it has held up to regular use.

Very hot metallic/electrical odor has started
After using it for a year or so, the cook top has been emitting a bad metallic odor that the fan blows all around and about runs a person out of the kitchen. It’s worked ok til now, but longevity doesn’t seem to be there. My opinion of it is not as favorable as it once was

Need to choose correct pan size and type
Ok for my purpose....burners are too close together... Small pan or pots only. Heat cycles so not even cooking but will get the job done

It does not work -No funciona
I could not make it work, I'm doing the paperwork to return this product. I do not recommend it No pude hacerla funcionar, estoy haciendo los tramites para devolver este producto. No lo recomiendo

Nice compact unit
Nice little unit to have in my man cave. No more having to run to the kitchen to cook stuff.
