Avoid, this device was ok on initial use then anytime after its forcing me to update the device via the app that fails 9/10 times it takes me a lot of attempts just to use the basic read and check for faults surely you should have the option not to update and just check a fault. Brilliant piece of kit. Yes, a bit costly, but it does what other inferior diagnostic devices won’t do. Got a mk5 polo and had an annoying tpms light that was constantly on no matter what I did. This allowed me to switch it off and reprogram it and now the car is absolutely perfect 👌

⭐ 1 Star I purchased the OBDeleven 3 expecting a powerful diagnostic and coding tool for my 2016 Audi A8. Unfortunately, I found it to be overpriced and disappointing. The biggest issue is the pricing model. After paying over £110 for the device itself, I discovered that many functions still require credits or additional subscriptions. It feels like you’re constantly being asked to spend more money after already buying the hardware. For my Audi, I was surprised to find that some of the customization options I expected were either unavailable or hidden behind credits. In comparison, other tools offer a much more straightforward experience where you pay a subscription and get access to all supported features without worrying about spending credits every time you activate something. The hardware works and connects to the car, but the overall value is poor. For the price, I expected far more functionality without ongoing costs and restrictions. I cannot recommend this product at its current price. Unless you’re happy with the credit system and additional charges, there are better and more user-friendly alternatives available.

Works well. Bear in mind there are fees to pay and some actions require an expensive annual fee.

It does what it should. Scanning new cars takes a bit more time. I use it mostly for on the go diagnostic tool which can stay in the car. Proper diagnostics it’s better to go for a wired connection in my opinion. Most features are paid. However you could still see live values from inside every ecu for quick test without a subscription I guess it just allows only 5 or 6 at a time. Having it in the car with full access to ecu gives you a peace of mind.
