Directions 1. Boil water in a large pot. 2. Add the noodles and cook for 3-5 minutes or until al dente. 3. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. 4. Serve with your choice of toppings such as beef, mutton, or vegetables. Review: I used these noodles for spice garlic street noodles and it cooked up perfectly. Delicious easily served (we used the entire package) 4 adults in the house. The noodles were nice and tender, serving size was real for adults. Excellent flavor and texture. Cooks well in the microwave. I added noodles to the end of a roast cooking container, drippings, meat particles, etc. ans made a tasty lunch. Also added a few leftover veges.
