The laptop was delivered promptly and the set up was easy. Now it's running smoothly, a great improvement over my old 8G laptop. I am a happy customer.

It does not have a dvd player integrated in it & it would be better if it had a back-loit keyboard. Other than that it is a very excellent laptop for. Watching & streaming TV & movies the screen size is not as big as the one I was used to, but it has a great viewing screen & excellent resolution & 3 integrated speakers so with all of Dell's integrated programs for sound picture and resolution it makes a great laptop for what I use it for which is streaming movies and watching TV it's very easy to use like all Dell and that this is the fourth Dell laptop Ihave owned since I first got the laptop I always use Dell products their Insperon laptops are very user friendly and easy to navigate, especially for "technically challenged" or non-tech people like myself! I recommended Harley although I could get one with the features I said except for the DVD player or CD player for berner they rarely come with them these days but it's not a problem I bought an external DVD burner player to watch my DVDs on my computer now and it was very interested and you need to find one that is compatible with my device Amazon made it easy to give me all the choices that were compatible with my laptop I paid less than $20 for the external drive for the DVD player I haven't tried it yet because I haven't gotten any new DVD yet but I want to watch as of yet and all the laptops don't come integrated DVD players anymore for the simple reason is it makes them lighter and more portable which people want more than a DVD player I guess she also has an integrated webcam which always is great and so many other things programs to make it easier to use and fun & convenient to have talkand video chat best friends and family it takes excellent photos videos etc and it is very easy to navigate and use, it is lightning fast and has a lot of storage space for everything I could need an idea laptop for people who need and to use that I do for streaming videos and movies and TV and online shopping keeping up with email etc! I recommendous laptop and other Dell insperion products if I was smarter I would have gotten a touch screen but it was a little out of my pleasure since my last laptop I replaced it with just crashed 2 weeks before Christmas and I needed one immediately to replace it and this one was the right price and had all the right features that I needed for close to what I needed I was very relieved tohave it available to buy right awayit shipped to me in 2 days. I recommend one to anyone who needs or wants a laptop, it is very lightweight and nicely styled thank you Dell & and Amazon for helping to keep me connected and online feel very reasonable price, not to mention I picked it up on sale!! At almost 50% off!

Great laptop for home use. I do miss some things about my older Dell laptop. It had a dvd player and a power light that would tell you that it was on and active. The only reason I bought a new one is because my old one had a video chip that made it incomparable with windows 11. I also miss my backlit keyboard.

Dell quality is always great. Computer arrived quickly and it was packaged well. My biggest complaint is with the software. You used to be able to buy the software once and you were done. Now you have to buy a subscription so they can soak you every year for money.

It’s fine. It’s my first laptop. I’m use to a PC.
