Everyone has mentioned the smell. I would prefer a product that has no smell. Is it from the oil?

I bought for helping my mother with her horribles pain that she has and the product has very nice smell and it is not too heavy cream it is very smooth and help with the pain.

Would this be good for nerve damage in my hands caused by a dog bite?

I may be good for that. I suffer from nerve damage due to diabetes, and loss feeling in both feet, Neuropaway revived some of the feelings and sensitivity in my feet.

Is this ok to use on hands?

After I rubbed it into my feet i would rub the residual into my hands. The smell was so nasty that I always washed my hands afterwards. The product did not work at all for me.
