This is an absolutely beautiful book. I purchased it as a gift and I will probably be ordering one for my own home in the near future. It is the perfect “coffee table book” for any art lover and especially anyone who appreciates the spiritual work of Alex Gray. The book is large, heavy and appears to be very well made. There are other books by him that compliment this one. I’m extremely happy with this purchase!

This is an amazing book. It goes into great depth about all the paintings featured in the book. You get a great perspective on how The great Grey thinks. Alex Grey is an inspiring human being, that inspires others with his works and this is no exception to that. I Love that the book only come hardcover. It is an amazing coffee table book. Everyone who picks it up cant help but look through the whole thing. The pages just seem to pop out at you with the vibrant colors and the great amount of detail in the paintings. If you are an Alex Grey fan at all you need to own this book. Even if you are not, you still need to buy it. You wont be disappointed. It will be the best purchase you've made all year.

My son is a huge Tool fan, so I gave him an Alex Grey calendar for Christmas, 2012. As a result, he requested a book of Grey's art for Christmas, 2014. I based this selection on comments and reviews, and was more than impressed. He loved the book, and I was engrossed in studying its pages while my son narrated with additional trivia about Grey and Tool. The artwork is stunning, intriguing, mesmerizing.

Great book, amazing art. I decided to try LSD for the first time in 20 years (not getting any younger) and I was very happy to have this book. Popped on some Puscifer, opened the book and had a great ride. Highly recommended.

Got this for my boyfriend for our anniversary! He’s obsessed with Alex Grey & Tool so I thought it would be perfect! I got two of his books, went through both and wrote sticky notes everywhere on the artworks that mea something to us. This may be his favorite gift! I can’t wait! ALSO: when you get Alex Grey, you obviously get a little of Tool. You’ll find a bit of Tool info inside which was an added bonus for me!
