Fast and reliable
Love it! Super fast and reliable for what I need it for. Battery life is great. Comes with everything they said. Would highly recommend. This was an upgrade from my 11 year old laptop. Definitely a good laptop! Would be perfect for a college student or someone just wanting it for small things at home. Not sure about gaming since I don't game.

This just arrived yesterday. Set-up was easy and so far it's perfect for my needs (emails, budgeting, etc.) It arrived with all promised accessories and I love the light green color. I'm very happy with my purchase.

NO trae el paquete $129 y Cargador no funciona
Es mentira que viene con accesorios que ofrecen en la página web. Jamás volvería a comprar a Hp. No responden! El cargador se ve aparentemente nuevo pero NO funciona y del paquete de $129 dólares no lo envían! Llevo varios días buscando a HP para que me envien el paquete que ofrecen y un cargador. Aceptaron la devolucion pero quieren que yo asuma gastos de envio y ademas dicen que NO lleva el paquete que ofrecen pero el vendedor me respondio que no lo lleva después que lo enviaron porque la página web en usado como nuevo no lo aclaran al contrario aparece a menor precio y el cliente debe aceptarlo porque no responden por lo que ofrecen?. Terrible que ofrezcan y envien algo completamente distinto sín funcionar correctamente una compañía como esta? Solo me escriben con evasivas y no me resolvieron nada. Jamás compraría nada a HP y espero nadie se deje engañar con esta compra. Estoy muy molesta.

Nice speed. Nice quality look and feel. Very lightweight. Very compact.
So far, this laptop has been heart. I have not had it long enough for a longterm review. Here is my short term assessment. It came with everything promised, laptop, cords, earbuds, external SD, mouse, and mousepad. I like the keyboard much better than my last HP. It was easy to get setup and running. I did disable the S mode. I do not like MS’s restrictions to only use MS store apps in this mode. But the bypass is easy. Nice speed. Nice quality look and feel. Very lightweight. Very compact. So far I’m very happy.

It gets the job done.
As a college student trying to save money, I think this computer is a good fit for me. It gets the job done, which is what matters most. The only downside is that it keeps losing the internet whenever I close and reopen the computer. I have to reconnect it each time. But overall, it’s great! I’m just getting used to it since I’m used to Apple computers.
