What's the most accurate way to measure your hand?

Not sure whether there's a size chart available. For reference, my hand is 7.5" from wrist to tip of middle finger, and 3.5" across widest part of my hand (excluding thumb). I ordered a size Large, but would have liked 1/4" longer in the fingers & palm area.

Are these Waterproof?

THE WA575 are WATERPROOF AND SWEAT WICKING.

Are these good enough for playing in snow?

If you don't need finger dexterity, mittens would keep your fingers warmer than gloves. If you need finger dexterity as well as warmth, be sure to order at least one size up. These are nice gloves, but the fingers are a little tight. My fingers get cold quickly. I bought a mens' size (larger), and they are warmer.

Are the Wicking Insert liners removable?

No, they are not. The inserts will stay in the glove.
