I recommend this product if you want to play Clone Hero with a Wii Les Paul Guitar Hero guitar! I bought this converter for the Les Paul guitar. It works perfectly. And it was really fun! I’m not sure which other Wii accessories are compatible with the connector, but this guitar performs perfectly with the product. The only downside is that the whammy bar doesn’t register on Clone Hero, but everything else works like a charm. I’m quite satisfied with my purchase! Overall, I'd recommend this product!

Does not work for Wiitars for Clone Hero. I've tried two of these. The first one arrived damaged (see photo) in badly damaged packaging. I could not even try to plug the Wiitar into the cable because it arrived with the port damaged badly. The second one was undamaged upon arrival and the packaging was perfectly fine, but the cable does not work. The laptop recognizes that something was plugged into a USB port, but the game does not recognize that it is a guitar controller and the guitar also can't be mapped as the buttons do not register at all when pressed. I tried it with two separate Wiitars and two separate laptops. Don't buy these. Buy Raphnet ones.

Worked with all 3 of my Wii Les Paul guitars. I will say the cord length is pretty short and Whammy Bar doesn’t work. Other than that works spectacular!

Excellent! It works with clone hero, and all guitar heroes and rock bands games. Absolutely love this product, also you can use your Wii controller to play Super smash bros. It was super easy to set up, I know you will love this product, the price is amazing.

Bought this to use for my Wii Les Paul controller on my MacBook Air. Had to get a usb to usbc adapter but the elecom thing worked great. No whammy but beside that no problems. Easy setup. Was skeptical but it works.

Works with clone hero. Had some issues with set up and was incompatible with one of the guitars I had, would flicker repeatedly. Cord is short as well you will need an extension cable most likely. Not bad for price though.

THIS PRODUCT DOES WORK WITH CLONE HERO — From all the research I’ve done, the ELECOM adapter does work, HOWEVER, you need to have a les paul controller. Ive seen people saying that other ones dont work, but the les paul does. In this case mine is a Gh3 wiitar les paul. Very minimal latency, and it works like a charm. Just get a usb extension and shes good to go. Make sure to map your controls in the menu - whammy bar does not work but everything else does.

Aunque no lo pone en la descripción del producto lo he comprado para ver si funcionaba en mi Mac. Con openemu no tengo ningún problema para jugar a mis juegos clásicos. Recomendado.

J'ai acheté cet adaptateur pour jouer a clone hero et ça fonctionne parfaitement (mise à part le vibrato). De base je voulais acheter celui conseillé partout mais impossible de se faire livre en France donc j'ai pris celui-ci. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires qui disent que ça ne fonctionne pas sur clone hero. Donc si cet adaptateur est votre seul solution pour jouer a clone hero achetez le les yeux fermés 👍

Questo cavetto funziona benissimo! Per tutti coloro che hanno dei joystick con l'attacco Wii e vogliono usarli al computer è la scelta migliore! Inoltre mi è arrivato addirittura con 2 settimane in anticipo rispetto alla data prevista. Che fortuna! Avevo i controller del Nes Mini e adesso posso usarli al PC per giocare online a titoli di retrogame. L'unica pecca è che per qualche strana ragione i comandi A e B funzionano alla rovescia. Ma è passabile. Io gli do 5 stelle!
